Character Parameter Use

This product is modified VAE emulsion, which has the characteristics of strong initial adhesive force, fast drying speed, high bonding strength, difficult deformation after bonding and difficult to blister after bonding with polymer board.

Matrix: modified E VAE emulsion
Appearance: pale yellow viscous liquid
Viscosity: 75000 + 5000CPS (25 DEG C)
Solid content: 50 + 2%
PH value: 6 + 1
Bond strength: wood fiber failure
The minimum film forming temperature: less than or equal to 10 DEG C

1. used for bonding polymer boards with wood, multilayer boards and mdf;
2., widely used in decorative panels, polymers, doors and other industries use glue
